The Egyptian Coptic Church rejects the invitation to visit Jerusalem

The Coptic Church refused an invitation to visit Jerusalem under the pretext of Islamic cooperation. A church spokesman said that the Church’s position surrounding the visit is clear and that as long as the Muslim Brotherhood refuses to visit then the Church will refuse as well. The Orthodox Church in Egypt warned its followers against going on Hajj to Jerusalem until it is liberated from occupation.
