The Egyptian National Council for Human Rights reported that the terrorism that the Arab world has witnessed recently is threatening human rights and reinforcing the need to develop a state and regional based-strategy to combat terrorism. The organization reported that these terrorist organizations are severely violating human rights and that they have a presence in Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, and Tunisia.
