In a statement disclosed to Al-Tahrīr, Councilor Muhammad `Abd al-Na`īm, president of the United Organization for Human Rights, said that Egypt's new constitution has some flaws, however, he added, any amendment to its articles prior to the upcoming parliamentary elections would bring Egypt back to square zero. “That would force us to conduct earlier presidential elections”, according to `Abd al-Na`īm.
