Salah al-Bassoussy, 50, another member of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood has died in police custody due to an unattended medical condition, Press TV reports. The Brotherhood member, who suffered from a chronic liver disease, was said to have been in critical condition for three days prior to his death. Bassoussy, who was never indicted by the judiciary for any charge, had been in police detention since February over allegations of participation in anti-government demonstrations.
