The National Council for Human Rights calls for the creation of an independent body to monitor the quality of medical services

The National Council for Human Rights affirmed the necessity of increasing the allocated budget for the Health system, according to the 2014 Constitution together with an upgrade of the management capabilities and of the available resources. It asserted the need for the creation of an independent body to monitor the quality of the service, which would bring all hospitals (whether public, university hospitals or private) into a single entity.
