Grand Imām of al-Azhar, Dr. Aḥmad al- Ṭayyīb, received a message of thanks sent by Head of the Islamic Seminaries in Iran, Ayatollāh ʿAlireḍā ʾʿArafī, with utmost respect. This was in regard to the Grand Imām’s stance of rejecting insults to the Holy Qurʾān in some European countries.
