The Ministry of Interior announced the death of eight individuals in the incidents witnessed by Al-Koshh village in Sohag yesterday. The ministry’s press release said that some criminal and riot instigation elements have intentionally aggravated the reactions between Moslems and Christians that have been caused by commercial dealings between the two sides. The press release said that those elements have intentionally looted and burnt some shops in the village of Al-Koshh and the city of Dar Al-Salam, owned to Christians and Moslems.
