The incident began on November 17, 1998. G.K.B. filed a warning request against M.L.G. of applying to his rented Beit El-Ta’a [literally means, house of obedience. It is the husband’s house to which a woman, in a case of unlawful desertion, must return]. Based on that request, the defendant filed documents stating that the husband continuously abused her, by beating, humiliation, and name-calling. The documents also stated that he did not support her, and that the house does not satisfy all the legal conditions.
