Dr. Adams rejects that many Christians have lifted passages from the Qur’an and used them as the

basis for anti-Islamic statements. The same technique is used by opponents of Christianity,

lifting verses from some Old Testament passages, for example, and arriving at their own

conclusions. So, I think your point about using the same standard is well-taken.
