My study titled “Hoqoq wa wagebat Al-Maseheen fi Al-Dawla Al-Islamiya” [the Duties and rights of Christians in the Islamic state], tackled some of the problems Copts in Egypt face, and I have also mentioned scientific solutions that would maintain the balance of the government and the inherited culture. I gave solutions in order to solve the problem of restoring and building churches and I proved that the personal status law applied on Christians is unconstitutional. Also, I tackled the issue of Copts reaching positions in parliament. I stated the only choice is that persons who fulfill the requirements of the position should fill positions.
