In his book “Islam is a Partner,” the German Arabist Fritz Shetebat [we could not find his name on the internet] responds to misconceptions about Islam that are currently being propagated in the West. An Arabic translation of the book was made by Dr. Abdel Gaffar Mekawy and released as part of the series of “Allam Al-Ma’rifa” in Kuwait lately. Shetebat calls upon Westerners to correct these misconceptions and change their stances towards Islamic revival movements.
