Dr. Mahmoud Zaqzouq, Egyptian Minister of Endowments [Al-Awqaf] replies to the articles published in the Egyptian weekly October Magazine, dated October 10, 2004, questioning the many conferences held by the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, inviting tens of scholars from over 75 countries and Islamic organizations together with European and American intellectuals, attaining the same recommendations every year without executing any.
