This is the second part of a study by Samīr Marqus, the chairman of the Trustees’ Board of Al-Misrī Foundation for Citizenship and Dialogue. The first part was issued in Al-Ahalī in its previous issue dated January 28, 2009 in which he dealt with the issue of Copts between the Constitutions of 1923 and 1971 referring to the Revolution of 1919 as a milestone in the Egyptian national movement.
