During the Friday prayers at the Al-Nour Mosque in Abbasia, a man addressed the Grand Shaykh of the Azhar advising him to "fear Allāh" for the sake of Kamilia (Shehata). On the same day, 600 Muslim demonstrators stood outside the Al-Fatḥ Mosque after the Friday prayers, protesting against converts to Islam being held against their will, away from society, at monasteries and churches.
