The Muslim Brotherhood announced its electoral program yesterday for the upcoming parliamentary elections in which the group will run under the banned slogan “Islam is the answer.” The program includes removing all items in the Egyptian constitution violating Islamic Sharī’ah. It also includes supporting the church’s role in contributing to Egyptian values, ethics, and national unity.
