President Husnī Mubārak has appointed Foreign Affairs Minister Ahmad Abū al-Ghayt to head the Egyptian delegation at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe summit, which is scheduled to take place on December 1st and 2nd in Kazakhstan. Abū al-Ghayt is scheduled to deliver a speech written by Mubārak to the President of Kazakhstan and talk about the role of European security forces in the area. A source says that the speech will also deal with the Egyptian government's efforts to combat discrimination against Muslims and Christians, as well as anti-Semitism.
