Majdī 'Āshūr, MP and prominent dissenter in the Muslim Brotherhood, said that a wide number of parties including National Democratic Party (NDP) had asked him to join but that he had rejected.


'Āshūr added that he will follow the MBs ideals he was raised with even if they reject him and that he will continue to be an independent member in the parliament.
