Judge Muhammad Muqbil, general attorney of Qena's Prosecution, ordered to refer the culprits, al-Husaynī Kamāl Mubārak Sādiq and 'Alā’ 'Abd al-Satār 'Alī to Qena's Criminal Court as they cut the ear of a Christian citizen named Ayman Anwar Mitrī, torched his apartment in a premeditated plan, and stole movables and cash by force.

The accusations included making a permanent defect to the aggrieved party, burning his apartment and stealing his movables and cash premeditatedly.
