Al-Akhbār reports that the three main Christian denominitions in Egypt do not reject a dialogue, and expressed their concern that the meeting would end to an impasse. The leaders of the three Churches are praying to God for granting safety and stability to Egypt. In addition, Archpriest Angelious Ishāq transmitted the condolences of Pope Tawadros II to the families of demonstrators who have lost their lives during the clashes that is ruling the Egyptian street in the last days since the constitutional declaration on November 22. At the same time, Dr. Rev. Andrea Zakī, vice-president of the Coptic Evangelical Church, and General Director of the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services (CEOSS), addressed his appeals to the Egyptian segments to reunite, to seek solutions that would save the country from its distress, in order to safeguard the right of citizenship for all Egyptians.
