Coptic activists believe that there are systematic armed robberies on dozens of Coptic-owned lands. Imīl Nazīr, coordinator of Egypt’s Copts coalition, said that Ashraf Sa’d Andrawus, Amjad John, Majdī ‘Ayād, Ashraf Zarīf, ‘Imād Fakhrī and Mus’ad ‘Ayyād had filed reports accusing armed gangs of storming their lands, however, the security ignored investigating the report.
