A Luxor Coptic school teacher Dimīyānah 'Ubayd is accused of discrediting Islam whilst teaching a class about religions. Dimīyānah went on a hunger strike after she was detained by Luxor prosecution, however she has been moved outside Luxor for treatment amid reports of her deteriorating health situation. The prosecutions have caused her to stop eating properly in defence of her innocense.
