A state of confusion dominated Copts in Alexandria yesterday morning (July 29) following the circulation of news concerning armed attacks against Coptic Orthodox Virgin Mary and Saint Moses the Black (al-Anbā Mūsá al-Aswad, also known as Abba Moses the Robber, the Ethiopian and the Strong) ─  Church in Manshīyyah. It was said that unknown armed men tied up the church guard, however, the church leaders denied any attack on the church, saying it was nearby and for the purpose of robbing.
