The Islamic Party which is affiliated with the Jihād organization has submitted an initiative to end the current crisis. It calls all sides to come to the negotiating table and that violence in all its forms ceases to prevent further bloodshed. The initiative is based on three points: First, to stop violence immediately; second, to stop all rallies and demonstrations or to suspend them at the current time in conjunction with removing thugs and the armed forces from the streets until the negotiations begin. Lastly there should be no conditions before the initiative is approved. Islamic Party General Secretary Muhammad Abū Samrah said that the army is targeted. He stressed that the Islamic youth should not be provoked. Nobody could restrain them after they saw their friends being killed in the streets.
