ʿAbd al-Hādī, President of the Supreme Council of the “Tariqa Sūfīyyah” said that the Egyptian army is the safety valve, not only for Egypt but for the Arab and the Islamic community against every attempt to divide the nation. He added that the police are the shield of the nation, the guarantor of the security, and the basis of the economic stability and that national unity is an historical reality crashed by “fitna” attempts (Sharīf ʿAbd al-Ghanī, al-Dustūr, Aug. 21, p.3).
