The three churches have agreed to allocate their delegates in the Constituent Assembly in the different sub-committees. Meanwhile, the Maspero Youth Union Organization has proposed to the assembly to implement a quota system for Copts in parliamentary law and to reserve a seat for a Copt from every governorate in the Parliament. According to the proposition, the quota shall be reduced by 50% for the next election period and by another 25% for the period after next to end it with the forth period from now.
