Attacks against Copts

Bishop Silwanis, the caretaker of the Virgin Church in Diljā, stated that 5 Coptic families have returned to the village after they were evicted from it. He said that the total number of Coptic families evicted numbers at about 150 families. The bishop stated that the general security situation is stable after the army and police entered Diljā, except for a few rallies by the Muslim Brotherhood supporters’ school children. According to the newspaper, Coptic families ignore these rallies.
