The Egyptian Union for Human rights Organization headed by Dr. Naguib Jubra’il drafted a memo addressed to Interim President Adly Mansur, Prime Minster Dr. Hāzim al-Biblāwī, and General ‘Abd al-Fattāh al-Sisī. The organization issued a statement that included the demands in the memo.
