The Gamāliya police have deferred ‘Amr ‘Abdalla, who is accused of badmouthing the companions of the Prophet Muhammad in front of al-Hussayn Mosque in ‘Ashūrā’, to the prosecution office to be interrogated.

According to the paper, some Shī’ites insisted to be present at the mosque despite the alerts from the Ministry of Endowments requesting them not to commemorate ‘Ashūrā’ at the mosque (Author not mentioned, al-Dustūr, Nov. 15, p. 3). Read original text in Arabic.
