Al-Misrīyūn Islamist newspaper writes that Church sources had allegedly disclosed that Father Marqus ’Azīz, parish priest of the Hanging Church in Old Cairo is the spiritual father of the “anarchic” Black Bloc Group. Under the code name “the earthly soldiers of Christ”, Father ’Azīz initiates the ideas of martyrdom until the Brotherhood is besieged.
