Rev. Safwat al Bayādi, the head of the Evangelical Community Council, stated in seminar entitled, “The Constitution of Egypt: Positives and Negatives,” which was organized by the Evangelical Church in Nasr City that the Constitution enshrined the rights of women, children, and the disabled.  He added that he calls upon the people to take part in the referendum and cast a ‘yes’ vote (Peter Majdī, al-Tahrīr, Dec. 20, p. 3). Read original text in Arabic.
