The Egyptian Church yesterday began a week of  “prayers for unity” under the leadership of the Council for Middle Eastern Churches. They also celebrated the inauguration of the Evangelical Church in al-Fajāllah in Downtown Cairo, after Church leaders led groups of boy scouts from the Jesuit School near to the church in drumming, and introduced the attendees representing the various Egyptian Churches (Husnī Mīlād, al-Akhbār, Feb. 10, p. 5). Read original text in Arabic.
