The Maspero Youth Union organized an evening protest outside the headquarters of the United Nations in Cairo to protest, what they described as systematic attacks on churches and persecution of Copts within Egypt, as well as the failure of the Foreign Ministry to protect Copts in Libya. Other Coptic groups have planned a protest outside the Libyan Embassy tomorrow in solidarity with the Copts imprisoned in Libya for proselytizing Christianity (Mustafá Rahūmuh, al-Watan, Mar. 3, p. 5). Read original text in Arabic.
