Security experts have revealed the signing of a security and political agreement between Egypt, Algeria, and Tunisia in order to fight the spread of the fundamentalist terrorist group, ISIS, throughout the region. Indicators also reveal that this agreement will soon spread to Sub-Saharan countries and Sudan. As it stands, Egypt is in charge of data accumulation and the political committee, whilst Algeria is responsible for the security committee. Similar tactics employed by the organization can be seen across the region, from the 17 Tunisian troops killed at the Tunisian border yesterday, to the murder of Egyptian troops in Rafah two years ago in Ramadan, and one Algerian officer on the Nigerian border. Strategic expert, Sayyid Muhamadain, highlights that the goal of this agreement must be clearly defined in order to be achieved. According to him, it is to combat the plan struck by the CIA and Mossad to fracture Arab nations under the wrath of bloody terrorism. (Mahmūd Kamāl, al-Dustūr, Jul. 20, p. 3).
