The Minister of Endowments warns against mistakes and sins in the religious discourse

The Minister of Endowments warns against that religious discourse which turns from objective to subjective, and degrades to mere insults. In a statement on Friday he stated that it is necessary to differentiate between freedom of religion and freedom of opinion as we differentiate between freedom disciplined by precepts of Sharīʿa or by intellect or jurisprudence, and infinite chaos. He stressed the urgent need for dialogue in which believers accept each other’s opinions in a climate of reconciliation.
