Egyptian Prime Minister, Ibrahīm Mahlab, reported that President Sīsī is confronting the kidnapping of Egyptian Copts in Libya with all the tools at his disposal to ensure their safe return. In a press conference, Mahlab said that there is an ongoing, organized effort to destroy Egypt, and the Egyptian people know it. He added, “the army, the people, and the government are one hand opposed to civil strife and any attempts to destroy the country.”
