The 28th Circuit Court has decided to place Maḥmūd ʿIzzat, acting Supreme Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, and four others on terrorist lists for their role in the case known in the media as "the Guidance Bureau Incidents."  The ruling lasts five years from the date of its issuance.
