Major General Khālid Shuʿayb, governor of Maṭrūḥ, met with Shaykh ʿAbd al-ʿAẓīm Sālim, Director of the Azharian zone in Maṭrūḥ,  Fr. Matā Zakariyyā, pastor of the Virgin Mary Church, and Shaykh ʿAbd al-Ḥakīm Sulṭān, Director General of the Maṭrūḥ Preaching area. They met following the completion of the preparation of the Maṭrūḥ Family House [Bayt al-ʿĀʾila], before sending it to al-Azhar Grand Imam Aḥmad al-Ṭayyib to approve its establishment.
