Al-‘Arabiyya Net announced that ISIS confirmed the details of its latest operations in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, and Libya. The details included the slaughtering of 21 Egyptian Copts in Libya, which prompted the group to claim that the Libyan state is subordinate to the group. The organization also linked the execution of the Copts with the bombing of a Coptic church in Baghdad 5 years ago that killed many Copts.
