In a wide reaching interview with al-Watan News, Dr. Mustafa al-Fiqī, said that President Sīsī is well aware of the regional situation in the Middle East and that Egypt is not going down the path of other Middle Eastern countries. He added that the President himself is comfortable in dealing with the problems Egypt faces, saying that the President should consider the advice of experts without explaining his actions to everyday Egyptians.
