In the aftermath of the clashes in Amsterdam between Israeli football supporters and pro-Palestinian local citizens after a football match between the Dutch club Ajax and Maccabi-Tel Aviv on November 7^th, she wrote an opinion piece for the local Amsterdam newspaper Het Parool (“The Password”) expressing her distinctive viewpoints and her concern for the future of democracy in the Netherlands.
