The Center for Arab-West Understanding (CAWU) is hosting a collaborative discussion with the Regional Center for Mediation and Dialogue on Customary -Urfi- Law in Egypt. The discussion will touch on the following points:
1. The foundational principles and praxes that shape Urfi law.
2. The socio-cultural framework and impact of Urfi law.
3. The constitutalization of Urfi law.
4. Quantitative and qualitative data/analysis based on field research conducted on this topic.
