The author repeated the testimony of Dr. Kamal Abu Al-Magd, in which he accused Ibrahim of being chaotic and careless about the administration. Abu Al-Magd denied the charges of corruption and forgery, and affirmed that the board had nothing to do with the Center’s budget. However, the rest of the board members stressed that the board used to discuss the budget. He also listed the defense of Dr. Saeed El-Naggar and Dr. Gohary who affirmed that there was no error in the financial status.
