Islamic associations, representing the Muslim communities in Europe, held a conference, at UNESCO headquarters, to show the need for the Muslim community in Europe to be included in the march of European unity. The head of the Muslim Public Federation in France emphasized that dialogue between Muslims and European politicians was the only way to give Muslim youths reasonable alternatives to extremism.
