The author comments on the new conditions passed by the Cabinet for building mosques. He believes some of them to be restriction imposed on building mosques. He criticizes the fact that while the president gives his executive authority concerning the building and the restoration of churches to the different governors to make things easy for Copts, issuing permissions for building mosques was given to the Ministry of Waqfs.
