What Al-Naba´a newspaper published about the sexual life of a former monk was outrageous. The reaction of society resulted in the suspension of its license and stopping its publication. But the High Administrative Court objected to the suspension of the license and said that specific legal conditions were required for this. This case shows that Egyptians were motivated by their desire to verify national unity. These feelings are no doubt noble, but Egyptians dealt with them in an excitable way and not in a legal way.
