The Al-Ahram Al-Arabi supplement of November 15 discussed the problems facing Muslim communities in Europe, including Russia, and the United States. These problems include the ready-made accusation of terrorism, discrimination, the need for developing a new Islamic jurisprudence that takes in consideration the situation of in countries where Muslims are a minority, sectarian disputes and political splits.
