A serious confrontation took place between Mustafa Bakri, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Usboa, and Saad Eddin Ibrahim via the Orbit Channel. Ibrahim said he called for democracy, but he was attacked because Arab regimes did not want it. Bakri said that Ibrahim wrote about issues concerning the religious minorities in Egypt in a provoking way, and this served the U.S. objectives, and that is why the U.S. financed Ibrahim´s Centre.
