Sheikh Fawzi Al-Zifzaf, head of the Permanent Committee of Inter-religious Dialogue at the Azhar University, criticized the way the conference held in Doha proceeded. He was critical of the organizers’ decision to leave the administration of the conference in the hands of Vatican representatives. Al-Zifzaf confirmed that Islam produced one of the first laws against terrorism and aggression against innocent civilians.
