I think that the Prime Minister Dr. Atef Ebeid did not consult the Grand Imam of the Azhar before making his decision that orders stopping the building of Azharite Institutes and bring some of them under the authority of the Ministry of Education.


The Azhar graduated thousands of renowned scholars and jurists who enriched our religious, scientific and cultural life with knowledge. The Azhar has always been raising the banners of moderation. We have never heard that the Azhar graduated extremists who accuse the society of unbelief and kill their opponents.
