When the American film (what’s the name of the film?) that narrates in detail the story of the prophet Muhammad was aired on the official PBS (Public Broadcasting System) for the first time, it caused much controversy. The film portrays Islam’s relationship to other religions: For every nation, there is a messenger [a prophet] and they all agree on the message. The film points the accusing fingers to poverty, ignorance and misunderstandings that surround Muslims all over the world and blames such conditions for the spread of violence and misbehavior that is not part of Islam.
